Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it after delivery by following our return procedure.

2. Where do you ship from?
Maudestry is a Portuguese based online store located in Cascais. However, our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses.
Because orders are fulfilled internationally, the shipping origin may differ from our business address listed on our website. Our Cascais address is our business contact address and is not the location from which orders are shipped.
Your order may be fulfilled and shipped from an international warehouse or fulfillment center.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we mainly serve customers in the USA and UK. We’re looking forward to expanding into more regions soon as we continue to grow.
