Question 1: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Here are our estimated delivery times:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 6–12 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on your location

Question 2: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Question 3: Where is Maudestry located, and where do you ship from?
Answer: Maudestry is a Portuguese-based online store located in Cascais. Our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses, so the shipping origin may differ from our business address. At the moment, we serve customers in the USA, UK, and Australia, and we're looking forward to expanding into more regions soon.

Question 4: What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Answer: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maudestry.com with a brief description and photos of the issue. We'll review your case promptly and arrange either a replacement or refund, per our Return & Refund Policy.

Question 5: Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Answer: Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you're welcome to return it after delivery by following our standard return process. Email support@maudestry.com for assistance.

Question 6: What is your return policy?
Answer: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll guide you through the return process. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible. For full details, see our Return Policy.

Question 7: When will I get my refund after returning a product?
Answer: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Question 8: Do you offer any guarantees on your products?
Answer: Yes, every purchase is covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Learn more in our Return & Refund Policy.

Question 10: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: At the moment, we serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia with free standard shipping. We're working on expanding to more regions soon.

Question 11: Do you have a physical store location I can visit?
Answer: Not yet — Maudestry is an online-only store, which allows us to keep prices fair and offer wider shipping coverage. We aim to bring the feel of walking into a thoughtfully curated home decor shop to your screen, without the markup of a physical storefront.

Question 12: Are your lighting products compatible with US and UK voltage and wiring standards?
Answer: Yes — our lighting products are built to match the electrical standards of your destination country. Orders shipped to the United States include standard 120V wiring and a US plug configuration, while orders shipped to the United Kingdom (and other 220–240V regions) are supplied with the correct UK plug and wiring setup. Every light is quality-checked before shipment to ensure it's ready for use on arrival. For special installations, we always recommend using a qualified electrician.

Question 13: What if I need help with styling or choosing a product?
Answer: We're happy to help. Email us at support@maudestry.com with a few details about your space or what you're looking for, and our team will get back to you with guidance and suggestions.

Question 14: How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use the Track Order page on our website to view your shipment status in real time.
