Shipping policy

At Maudestry, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. For shipping-related questions, contact us at support@maudestry.com.

Shipping Coverage

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside these three regions.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Maudestry is a Portugal-based business. Our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses. Because of this, the shipping origin may differ from our registered business address. By placing an order with Maudestry, you acknowledge that your order may be fulfilled and shipped from an international warehouse or fulfillment centre.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET) will be processed the following business day.

Delivery & Transit Time

Standard Shipping transit time is 6–12 business days. Estimated total delivery is 7–14 business days from the order date, depending on your location and warehouse availability. These are estimated delivery times — actual delivery may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to weather, high order volumes, or carrier issues. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately and our team will assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@maudestry.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
